Strengthening our ethical framework: IU Group's updated Ethics Policy

IU Group has published an updated version of its Ethics Policy, the document that sets out how we expect to conduct ourselves — as employees, as an employer, and as an organisation in the world.

First introduced in 2021, the Ethics Policy covers all institutions of IU Group — including IU International University of Applied Sciences, Walbrook Institute London and the University of Fredericton — and is regularly being reviewed and strengthened as our organisation grows.

The updated policy has been expanded with dedicated sections on topics including diversity and equality, human rights, and sanctions compliance.

A set of new addenda address stakeholder governance, marketing and communications, and public affairs.

The policy has been approved by the IU Group Board and is publicly available here.
