IU Group has updated and enhanced its grievance procedure, making the latest version publicly available at https://sustainability.iu-group.com. The procedure is open to anyone — employees, students, contractors, suppliers, and anyone else affected by IU Group's activities or those of its supply chain.
The grievance procedure is more than a channel for complaints. It is one of the primary ways IU Group collects structured information on actual and potential negative human rights impacts — both within the organisation and across the supply chain. Data gathered through the procedure is used to identify patterns and priority areas, and feeds into IU Group's human rights due diligence as well as our work on diversity, equality, and inclusion. Feedback from workers on decisions that affect them is an important part of what the procedure captures, alongside concerns raised by external stakeholders.
The procedure accepts concerns across a wide range of topics: human rights and labour conditions, environmental issues, health and safety, discrimination and harassment, data protection breaches, financial misconduct, and any other concerns related to IU Group's conduct or that of its supply chain partners.
Concerns can be submitted through an online form at https://www.iu-group.com/get-in-touch. Submissions can be made anonymously or confidentially.
Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is explicitly prohibited. All submissions are handled by impartial staff with no personal interest in the outcome, and only those directly involved in a case have access to the information submitted.
